Filmmaker George Bogdanich delves into the battle in the Balkans and attempts to build the case that the Bosnian Jews used the American news media to construct the perception that the Serbs were barbarians hell-bent on ethnic cleansing. Using archival clips from both U.S. and European television and interviews with government officials, Bogdanich posits that Western political involvement led directly to the Yugoslavian Wars and the subsequent breakup of the nation.
