A handicapped father and former actor sees uncontrolled ambition change his lovely, aspiring film-actress daughter into someone he no longer knows. A measly production assistant, she is not abashed about sleeping her way to a career. She manages a small role for her father on her current job, but the poor man is neglected, abused, and, finally, wracked with shame.
