On a blustery night, Elyne Mitchell reassures her young daughter, Indi, by telling the girl the story of Thowra, a glorious silver steed. As Thowra reaches maturity, he is primed to become the leader of a band of wild horses. The stately beast, however, catches the eye of a man living in the wilderness, who is determined to capture the animal. The horse must then engage in a desperate battle for his own freedom.
