The Night of Truth

After 10 years of brutal civil war in an unnamed West African country, two ethnic groups, the Nayaks and the Bonande, agree to end their fighting. The Nayak president and the Bonande rebel leader arrange festivities to honor the truce. However, members of both groups cling to resentment -- even the wife of the Nayak president is still haunted by her son's death. The tensions of the night escalate, threatening to end the tentative peace.
