After the fall of Rome, its last emperor, 12-year-old Romulus Augustus, becomes a prisoner on the island of Capri. With the help of his wise teacher Ambrosinus and his legionnaire Aurelius, he escapes from Capri. He and his men journey to Britannia to find the fabled Dragon Legion, and the beginning of the Arthurian legend is born.
