Chino is the head of the Black Souls, a California motorcycle gang at odds with another crew, the Glory Stompers. One day, Chino and his fellow gang members kidnap the head of the Stompers, Darryl, and his girlfriend, Chris . After a heavy beating, the cyclists abandon Darryl but take Chris with them to Mexico. While Chris faces threats of abuse, Darryl teams up with Smiley, an aging ex-Stomper, for a final showdown with the Souls.
