In this intriguing docudrama, director Amir Muhammad examines a strange incident that occurred in October 1987 in Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia. On a seemingly ordinary day, a random soldier started firing in the streets with an M16 rifle, causing a panic throughout the city and even rumors of riots (thought to be racial in nature). Attempting to sort out the cause of the events and what actually happened, Muhammad blends interviews from eye witnesses with dramatic reenactments.
