Romanian urban legends from the chaotic rule of Nicolae Ceausescu are examined in several vignettes. A Communist Party activist blindly follows the rules despite not really knowing them. An inspector travels to a small town to make sure it is ready to receive Ceausescu, despite not knowing if he's actually coming. Grigore, a truck driver, is confused when Camelia offers to buy eggs that were laid in the back of his van.
