In this sequel to ''Slaughter,'' former Green Beret Slaughter moves to Los Angeles hoping to start a new life after having taken out a mob syndicate in South America. He isn't there long, however, before a hit man in a biplane tries to kill him at a swanky party. Realizing the syndicate is still alive under the leadership of criminal kingpin Duncan, Slaughter wants to skip town, but a well-meaning cop blackmails him into staying and fighting.
