A group of half-sisters and stepbrothers plot their cruel stepparents' deaths, then try to deal with the aftermath of the crime. Eldest brother Pete takes charge, making moves to get his hands on the family inheritance and watching over his siblings, including boy-crazy teen Margaret and two mischievous youngsters. While trying to stash the dead bodies and keep the family together, Pete also begins eyeing pretty neighbor Tabby .
