Jess and Ryan seem to have a perfect life, marred only by the presence of Ryan's thuggish brother, Roman . After the two brothers are involved in a terrible car crash, Roman awakes from his coma first and claims to be Ryan. Though she is skeptical at first, Jess begins to believe that her husband really is trapped in his brother's body.
