Boxer ''Too Sweet'' Gordone tries keeping his nose clean after being paroled from prison. He could box, but he doesn't want to go back to that life. He works as a deliveryman instead, and starts seeing his old girlfriend, Clarisse . But a psychotic criminal, Half Dead, who was Gordone's enemy in prison, breaks out and kills Clarisse as payback. The murder forces Gordone back into the ring, and he is desperate to get revenge against Half Dead.
