Pedro Zamora, AIDS educator and cast member of the reality television show ''The Real World,'' joins the San Francisco edition of the show, refusing to hide his sexuality or his AIDS diagnosis. When Pedro is cast, he runs into difficulty with certain roommates, especially ''Puck'' Rainey, while becoming close friends with Judd Winick . After Pedro gets married to Sean Sasser, his disease accelerates. The film is based on a true story.
