In 1975, after noted Italian filmmaker and activist Pier Paolo Pasolini is murdered, the public is enraged and teenager Giuseppe Pelosi is convicted of the crime. It certainly seems Pelosi is connected; prior to Pasolini's death, the openly gay director solicited Pelosi for a sexual encounter in a poor neighborhood, and the deal went sour. But forensics experts uncover evidence that leads to theories of conspiracy, corruption and injustice. Yet, the truth remains out of reach.
