In the 1980s, two Italian brothers rise to celebrity status in their home country. Tony Pisapia earns national fame as a singer after years of performing in clubs. Antonio, the younger Pisapia, is a high-profile professional soccer player. But years later, things drastically change for the brothers. Tony's career is ruined by cocaine addiction and a scandalous love affair with an underage fan. A leg injury ends Antonio's career, in turn ruining his marriage.
