Three small girls are left without a home after their father, Stevie, is killed in the line of duty. His partner, Artie, and his wife choose to adopt the children, but the government thinks their living quarters are too cramped for a family. Without enough money for a down payment on a house, Artie robs drug lord Beniamino Rios . Little does Artie know, that Beniamino's girlfriend may have the means to take him down.
