Acting instructor Isabel is the director of her own acting school in Madrid. Mario is a movie director with whom Isabel had an affair many years ago. When Isabel reads his new screenplay, it begins to sound like the story of their tryst. Isabel arranges a meeting with Mario, during which sexual tension simmers. When he asks her to select some of her students to audition for the film, her acting school descends into a frenzy of preparation.
