After filming an interview with a prostitute for television, a young camera operator, Caty, takes the advice of one of the call girls and meets with a criminal about a get-rich-quick scheme. Caty is seduced by the man, Jean, and decides to live dangerously and commit a jewel robbery. The gullible Caty descends into a world of crime and luxury, becoming a member of Jean's gang. But, when asked to pose as a call girl, she begins to rethink her new role.
