As a young boy, Danny helped deliver his neighbor's infant daughter, Anna Swann. Despite his various relationships, Danny's always felt that he was destined to marry Anna. Twenty-five years later Danny returns to his home town and runs into a full-grown Anna . The only problem is that she is already engaged to Eric . Not one to give up on fate, Danny insinuates himself into Anna's family life, which forces him to contend with some rather eccentric characters.
