As a girl, Justine watched while a madman named Charles murdered her parents. After 25 years, Charles claims he has changed, and is about to be released from prison. However, he is still deadly, and now that he's free, he intends to murder Justine. The only person who can help her is Louis Schneider, who is one of the only honest cops in his department, but he might be just as unbalanced as Charles.
