Malabar Princess

Eight-year-old Tom lost his mom five years earlier when she died in an avalanche in the French Alps. Tom's neglectful dad, Pierre, leaves the boy with grandfather Gaspard in the Alps. There, Tom copes with loss, bonds with his teacher, Valentine, and makes friends with fellow youngster Benoit . Together, the boys explore the wreckage of the Malabar Princess, a downed airplane.
