Sparks fly when Raj, a newly graduated architect, meets Priya, an activist who is trying to save a local community center. They have feelings for each other, and Raj secretly believes Priya to be his lucky charm. However, she already has a steady boyfriend whom she is expected to marry. Meanwhile, Raj has been assigned his first big project by a major developer -- and unbeknownst to Priya, it may involve building a mall in place of her beloved community center.
