In this romantic musical, widowed producer Jordan Blake readies his latest show with star Carolina, and they confess a mutual attraction. However, Jordan's son, Jerry, has developed a crush on Carolina as well, unaware of his father's intent. Meanwhile, Barbara, Jordan's teen daughter, seeks admittance to an elite girls school. Meaning well but lacking parenting savvy, Jordan tries to help both children with the transition to adulthood.
