Reporter Larry Stevens is always on the hunt for the latest scoop, but he never seems to be quick enough. Wishing he could know future stories, Stevens comes across an old man who just happens to give him a newspaper with tomorrow's news. Now that Stevens' wish is granted, he takes full advantage of it -- even placing a few bets at the racetrack -- and winds up with a fortuneteller . Yet, when the newspaper predicts his death, his fortune changes.
