Idle on Parade

Just as rock 'n' roller Jeep Jackson reaches the top of the British music charts, the newly crowned teen idol is drafted by the British army and forced to abandon his career and begin a two-year stint in uniform. When Jackson's scheming agent, Herbie, spirits the singer away from the barracks for an unauthorized recording session, the out-of-place superstar runs afoul of his ruthless superior, Sgt. Lush .
