Lowly wage earner Joe presses pants for an upscale hotel where he daydreams of courting glamorous Broadway star Constance . A borrowed tuxedo puts Joe one step closer to the object of his fancy, but the impulsive Constance is less interested in Joe than in spiting her fiancé, Larry .
