While on naval reserve duty in Tahiti and away from his girlfriend, Dee Dee, Frankie worries that she might be unfaithful. So Frankie hires witch doctor Bwana who dispatches an alluring sea beauty named Cassandra to entice sleazy advertising executive Ricky away from Dee Dee. But unexpected complications arise when the beach becomes topsy-turvy after Cassandra arrives.
