Family Resemblances

A bourgeois family -- including domineering matriarch Madame Menard, rebellious daughter Betty, unambitious son Henri and his financially successful yet perpetually nervous brother, Philippe -- assemble at a restaurant to celebrate the birthday of Yolande, Philippe's timid wife. As the evening wears on, bitter sibling rivalries and decades-long grudges and slowly reveal themselves.
