In this adaptation of Jane Austen's classic novel, pretty socialite Emma Woodhouse entertains herself by playing matchmaker for those around her. Her latest ''project'' is Harriet Smith, an unpretentious debutant, while Emma herself receives the attentions of the dashing Frank Churchill .
