Chilean fisherman Leyton and his co-worker, Modesto, are best friends. After Modesto marries the sultry Marta, however, it's not long before she grows restless and sets her sights on Leyton. This leads to an affair between Marta and Leyton that threatens more than just her marriage and his friendship with Modesto. As the plot unfurls, Leyton must face up to his actions, which may carry dire consequences.
