David is a French break-dancer who has his heart set on making it to the bright lights of New York City. To do that, he decides to abandon his schoolwork and concentrate on perfecting his dance routine. As part of the Urban Cycle Breakers, David will have to out-dance the group's staunch competitors, the LD, to make it to the international dance finals in the Big Apple. Providing some needed distraction from his dance regimen is gorgeous Samia .
