Tobi lives a hand-to-mouth existence as a junk trader on an interstellar outpost that's more reminiscent of the lawless Wild West than the hi-tech future. When he learns that a group of Russians can get him to Earth, he sees his last opportunity for a better life. But getting there isn't going to be easy -- or cheap. To make enough money to ensure a seat aboard an earthbound rocket, Tobi turns to the gambling skills of his good friend Tony Lee .
