Officer Blanca Bravo arrives in Juarez, Mexico -- a grim nexus of corporate colonialism and sexual tourism -- to investigate a rash of killings targeting female migrant workers. But with no help from the locals, bringing the responsible parties to justice becomes a frustrating exercise.
