In an unnamed city, a violent turf war has broken out between a pair of gang bosses: Big Eddie and Uncle Frank . Uncle Frank is prompted to hire notorious hit man Harry Crown . Not to be outdone, Big Eddie hires an assassin of his own, Marvin ''Claw'' Zuckerman, who previously lost a hand to Crown and has sworn revenge. When the two killers collide, the murder and mayhem escalates rapidly.
