In 2007, conservative blogger Greg Letiecq and local politician Corey A. Stewart push through a crackdown on illegal immigrants in Virginia's Prince William County, leading to a local ordinance that allows the police to stop and question anyone who might be an illegal immigrant. When its backers go too far with their heavy-handed tactics, and the ordinance almost immediately contributes to an economic decline of the county, previously silent members of the community make their voices heard.
